Cooking Instruction
Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the roast in a baking dish with 1 cup of water and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Cover with foil and place in oven. Cook for 40 mins per kg (Remove foil 20 mins before completion to brown). Remember to baste every 15 mins.
